Last weekend, I went to my friend Emma's birthday party. She turned 16. The party was at her house. Her parents decorated the garden with balloons and colorful lights.
About twenty people came to the party. Everyone brought gifts for Emma. I gave her a beautiful photo album. She was very happy when she opened it. There was a big chocolate birthday cake with candles. We all sang "Happy Birthday" and Emma made a wish.
We danced to music and played games in the garden. There was also lots of food, like sandwiches, pizza, and fruit. We had a wonderful time. The party finished at about 10 o'clock at night. I told Emma it was the best party I had ever been to.
